As an insulin controlled diabetic, the scales are great for measuring the carbohydrates in food, making it more accurate to take the correct insulin for each meal. The scales are easy to use and don't take up much space!
I like the slim design, but would not recommend this scale for what I need it for which is calculating carbs for a diabetic, unlike the previous scales from Salter, it is code rather than abc input until you find the food you require.
I like the fact that they are wipe clean and they have a memory so one can weigh one thing after another quickly. I think it's a shame that the display is so dark and difficult to read.
Been looking for scales like these for a long time then I discovered *our weigh *site and thought I would give these scales a go, am I glad I did, perfection in quality and a price not to be beaten....WOW, more than exceeded my expectations. THANKS *OUR WEIGH* well done!
Great idea, but manual could also do with listing food alphabetically and the ability to programme in carbohydrate per 100g would be useful. I'm diabetic and need to calculate carbs per portion.
