The platform scales arrived on time and did exactly the job for which they were bought - weighing 300 sacks of sand, each weighing around 25kg as part of a testing programme. The tests were made on site and the balance, which was operated in battery mode, performed without a hitch. Excellent product.

Yes I am delighted with the service. The scales were a replacement for same bought two years ago from you - especially light weight for taking on my travels. They fell apart last month whilst I was away and that is the reason I replaced. The battery cover would not fit in place, the batteries kept falling out and then the terminals came away. I replaced with the same scales as they seemed to be the lightest on the market and also very accurate.

All I can say is 10 stars for service 10 stars for delivery and 10 stars for product and 10 stars for anything ive missed out.

Your sales guy was brilliant the delivery was supposed to be 3-7 working days and it was free i ordered on friday about 3pm and got my item on monday morning before 8am how quick is that.

I'm always sceptical about buying products from websites but if all companies delivered service like u do i think retail outlets would cease to exist.

I will definitely come back to u in the future and strongly recommend ur services to all my clients and colleagues.

Although I was not in contact with any humans during the process, I suspect some might have been involved with the quick, efficient process of ordering, making payment, receiving confirmation, then receiving confirmation of despatch, then actually getting the item less than 24 hours after ordering. I was pleased to get the item we needed (150kg Adam bench scales) in good order and which has been tested here and approved as just what we should have bought ages ago.

Greetings, Your service was excellent and the package arrived in good time, I placed the order at 16.30 hrs on Wednesday and it arrived at 09.00 on Friday. I used it to count six collection boxes that day, a job that it did with absolute accuracy and in very quick time compared with sorting and then counting. The few foreign coins that got through my initial riffle through the collection emptied on to a tea tray were easily removed when bagging and the total adjusted manually on my counting sheet. I am sure that when I have fully adjusted my counting and bagging up procedures to suit both individual collection box receipts and getting them all ready for banking I shall save hours of time each week. The Safescan is an excellent well made product.

Many thanks for your email. I am most happy to give you my feedback. In short I am delighted with both the product and the quality of service I have experienced. I had researched infant weighing scales online, and had found your prices very competitive. My need for the scales was in relation to supporting my daughter who is breastfeeding her first baby, and just to reassure her that all was now progressing well after some early feeding difficulties. Hence the speedy delivery of your excellent product was all the more appreciated, and helped to confirm that baby Maya is doing very well indeed. Other than medical clinics there is nowhere in our area where a mother can just weigh her baby, and where the information can be treated as a helpful guide rather than a cause for panic or mistrust in the mother's breastfeeding. We are planning on donating our scales (after our own satisfactory use of it) to our local La Leche League group, so that an excellent and accurate weighing scales may be available to other mothers. My sincere thanks to you for how your quality product and service have been of such significant help to me and my family.
