I was recommended this product by someone using it for packet post (needed for the accurate weighing of mail bags) and it has not disappointed. It is sturdy and very accurate. I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to accurately weigh up to 11kg. The service I got from our weigh was second to none. I ordered it around 3pm and it arrived at lunchtime the following day. They were very helpful on the phone when I was ordering and professional throughout. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
