Although delivery was rather slow, I was very satisfied with the product when it arrived. The weight itself arrived with a flawless high polish and has the weight and class laser engraved- "M1 1kg". The label shows its tolerance and date of calibration along with its own individual serial number. The included lined ABS plastic case is sturdy and offers good protection to the weight. Despite the slow delivery Our Weigh were very attentive and kept me up to date; providing me with dispatch information and a tracking number.
